Born in Erzurum in 1968, Dr. Özbaylar comes from a family of talents regarding craftsmanship (His grandfather İhsan Özbaylar was received honors medal and Celal Bayar prize in the area of gold craftsmanship, in the early republic days, owing to his outstanding craftsmanship and successful representation abroad).

Mr. Özbaylar has started his education in hometown Erzurum, however during high school years he moved to Istanbul, together with his family. In 1985 he has graduated from 50. Yil Tahran High school. In 1993 he was graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry .
