I don’t know where to start but I’m very angry. Especially knowing that hygiene is the most important thing in a healthcare business The hygiene was zero here.
I needed the lady’s room, I entered the smell hard, holding my nose.
As soon as you enter the clinic, a woman asks what I was in for. She took me directly to the x-ray room. Then the doctor comes in and insists on anaesthetizing me. It hurt a bit, but there was no effort in putting me at ease even after telling them I had an inherent fear of needles.
Left with a very bad impression.
