By creating an account, you agree to these terms. These terms form a contract between you and Esagio Ltd.

2. The service

Esagio is a software platform for dental and medical clinics to create, share, and manage treatment plans. We reserve the right to update the service with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Esagio for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

6. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Liability

Esagio is provided as-is. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform. Treatment plans are information tools, not clinical advice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
